Chicken lolipop

For Marinating 

Skiness - Chicken lollipops- 12 nos
Black  pepper powder -  1  tsp
Corn starch - 4 tbsp
Soy sauce -  4 tsp
Lime juice – ½  tsp
Maida flour -  4 tbsp
Garlic paste -  1 tsp
Red chilly sauce  - 2  tsp
Cooking oil for  deep fry
Eggs Yolk -  2 egg n beat it with a fork well and keep aside                                                                          Salt to taste
Red food colour – a pinch






For Sweet Chilly Sauce  for the glaze: 

Red Chilli Sauce - 2tbsp
Honey : 2 tbsp
Water : 4 tbsp                                                                                                                                         Tomato Sauce – 1 Tbsp


Method:
1)   Wash and clean the chicken lollipops and remove the excess water by dabbing with a cloth

 2) Mix the marinade ingredients in a big  bowl and whisk together.  Add the lollipops  and gently toss so    that all the pieces are coated well with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 –3 hours.
3) Heat  oil in deep bottom pan until just beginning to smoke, fry the chicken on a medium flame for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. The lollipops need to cook well  inside, so oil should not be too hot or else outside will get brown too quickly leaving the insides uncooked.


5. Drain the excess oil on paper towel and keep it aside.

Method of Preparation for Sweet Chilly Sauce :
1. In a small sauce pan, heat up the water and chili sauce, tomato sauce, when the mixture begins to simmer, stir in the honey.
2. Remove from heat and dip this glaze on the chicken lollipop so its well coated on each one of them.
3. With this sauce on the lollipop  you will not need any other dip to accompany this dish.
