Egg Burji with methi leaves

Ingredients

Eggs – 3nos
Green chillies – 5 nos  (keep the spice to your level)
Onion chopped – 1 no
Methi leaves – ½ bunch cleaned and chopped fine
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs chopped


 
METHOD:

Add oil in a kadai, throw in the  onion, green chillies and let it fry  lightly brown

Now add the  beaten eggs, turmeric, salt  into it. Keep mixing until almost the egg is cooked.

At this point add the chopped methi leaves and mix well. Check the salt at this level and put in
the coriander leaves.  

Serve this with any Indian bread or even spread this on a slice of bread and enjoy this. J
I served this with Pyaz ke paarate.
