Ingredients
Orange peeled – 1
Grated carrots – 1 cup
Cubed cucumber – 1 cup
Apple cubed – 1 cup
Grapes (any colour) – ½ cup
Orange tang powder – 2 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnishing
Salt a pinch
Honey or sugar for garnishing (optional)
Orange wedges for garnishing
Curd thick – 2 cups
Method
In a big bowl beat the curd, salt and tang powder with a spoon,
Add in all the fruits and vegetables and give it a nice mix
Put it in the refrigerator, later garnish this and serve.
