Onion medium size - sliced thin 2 nos
Eggs – 4 nos.
Eggs – 4 nos.
Ginger garlic paste – 1
tsp
Green chilli – 2 nos.
Turmeric – a pinch
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder as per
your taste
Curry & coriander
leaves - 2 sprigs each
Tomato – 1 big size
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
Boil the eggs and when cooled remove the shell and keep it
aside
In a kadai, add oil, throw in the onions, curry
leaves g.chilli and let it fry for 5
minutes when it changes colour add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute
more add the tomatoes and a bit of salt and let it get cooked till the tomatoes
are cooked well.
Add in the red chilli powder, turmeric and add a
bit of water and let all this masala gets mixed well. Check the salt level.
Add the eggs (you can slit into four or just two) and mix it into the masala, now add
the garam masala and garnish with curry
leaves.
Goes very well with
any Indian breads.
