I have seen many of them love paneer in any form, infact at my place my daughter loves it. Me n my hubby take only the gravy part and enjoy this dish as we make it for her sake.
One more quick and simple dish, infact there are so many versions of making this dish. However this is how I like to make my PBM J

minutes.
· Now crush the kasturi methi in your hands and add up
· Garnish with coriander leaves
· Check the salt and put off the stove and add some cream in the last and mix well.
Goes very well with any Indian breads, jeera rice.
TIP:
If the PBM remains more and you don’t want to eat it the same way the next day. Remove the Paneer from the masala and then put this masala in a kadai and wait for the water to evaporate and it will become thick now you put back the paneer and just toss it in the masala.
You can make a wonderful stuffed paneer sandwitch by adding in onions, cheese, ketchup…….choice of vegetables and put this paneer stuffing. You have to then grill and enjoy this hot with green chutney (recipes will come soon).
Latha
Latha,
ReplyDeleteThe original recipes don`t use coriander powder in this.Since this is my son`s favorite recipe I make this every week. And also I don`t fry the paneer, instead put it in salted hot water for half an hr. before adding to the recipe.
Thanks for your comments. PBM has so many varieties one could be the way you say too.
